Terms:
- A deposit of 50% of full stay is payable upon booking confirmation. Balance amount is payable, on arrival & check-in. All extras are to be settled prior to departure.
- These rates include 14% VAT and applicable levies. Rates are subject to change, upon changes, if any, to VAT regulations.
- Check in times: From 14h00 until 21h00. Late arrivals must be cleared with Reception.
- Check out times: 10h00 on the day of departure.
- All accommodation is serviced daily. However, we do not provide dish washing services on self-catering accommodation.
- Cancellation charges: 60 days prior to arrival – 25% of amounts paid
- 30 days prior to arrival – 50% of amounts paid
- Less than 30 days - No refund
